Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your HENRIVARA pieces. If you change your mind, you can return your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us. To start a return, email henrivaraceo@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Condition of returns

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once their sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty. Return postage is paid by the customer. Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost you paid.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us with a photo and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will cover the cost of returning faulty items.
