Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email us at henrivaraceo@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
